Thank you for completing the installation. With the weather making things more difficult than it should have been, you were able to complete this on your revised schedule and that was much appreciated. You guys were very nice and respectful and did a quality job however they didn't clean up their mess they created very well. Dried mortar was left on each sill and on the floor below which I had to clean up. I would never do that to a customer nor should they. All in all....a job well done.
