Job review from Neal in New Castle, PA 16105 on 05/28/22

The men did a great job. Two things I would bring to your attention, though: 1) We got bumped twice before we landed a date they could get to our house to do the job. Communications about them were fine, but we had to stay home when we could have been out and about, and 2) Please be sure that hand prints are washed from the walls beneath the windows (we have white walls). I had to do that. Plus, the window sills needed to be cleaned by me. Lots of soot. Again, though, the men were quick, skilled, friendly, and did a great job overall.
