I was impressed with the sales person that came to measure our windows. He was very helpful and gave us a quote while at the house. The installers called when they were on their way from the job they were working at. To install 4 basement block windows, from arrival to end of cleanup, it took about 3 hours. The windows look great in our basement and we couldn't be happier with the product.
